Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mechan-Controls MPX4DIN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mettler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mectrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Megger product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mettler such as the 92150221000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M24 manufactured by Mectrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Mectrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DLRO100HLG2P3 by Manufacturer Megger as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Metrel Brand 701788 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Messung-Systems such as 2211 equipment made by Messung-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Messung-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Messung-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2000HP made by Merrick as well as the popular 446301 original spares produced by Meehanite

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KIT3005T93300 by Medar and 2211 spares by Messung-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BD625A987G52 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
